  Spinach Salad with Sweet Garlic Mustard Dressing

1 package (9 ounces) fresh baby spinach
1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1 cup cooked bacon
1 cup walnut halves, toasted ...
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, quartered
1/2 cup cut up red onion
Salad Dressing
4 oz. White Swan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBS. White Swan "Sweet Garlic Mustard"
Put both ingredients in a shaker and shake well, coat baby spinach leaves and add remaining ingredients to top of salad.
*Alternative dressing:
White Swan "South of the Boarder Mustard". (Jalapeno & Tequila) mildly hot
Use same amounts as the above
