White Swan is a Northern California Company based in Chico, CA.  We produce Extra Virgin Olive Oils, Balsamic Vinegars, Olive Spreads, 5 varieties of Dip Mixes and our Body & Bath Products made with our Extra Virgin Olive Oils-all organic.

With the holidays fast approaching, we have numerous gift baskets, tins, and boxes that we will bring to your fundraising party. They make excellent gifts for a hostess/host, Christmas Gifts, Birthdays, and Anniversaries or for any occasion.

ALC Fundraising Only
Our regular Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottle have been custom tailored with the ALC Logo on the front of the bottle (see picture).  From past years, many donors, in addition to their initial donation, want to continue to donate to the riders/roadies, and what a better way to do that than to purchase products they like or may need, and at the same time continue to donate to that rider/roadie?  It is necessary when a donor buys our products that they provide the full name of the rider/roadie and if possible rider # so that we can post to that persons fundraising page. You will know someone has donated to you again when you see "White Swan" on your fundraising page. The donors may purchase our products up until the ride, and each time we will post to your page  What a better way to receive repeat orders up until the ride? 

Some idea for your fundraising:

Host an Olive Oil Party. 
Must have at least 10 people in attendance including the host(s).
We come to your home or business and bring all of our products for your guests to sample taste, at no cost to you.  We do all the set up, and tear down.  For every purchase made for any of our products you receive a donation for that product.  For example; a 250 ml Olive Oil bottle that would cost $7.00 and be sold for $12.00 or $15.00 you would make $5.00's.  For a 500 ml bottle we sell for $20.00 you would make $10.00's for a donation to your fund raising. On some items, the profit would  be higher and on some lower.  Please know that when people sample our products they sell.  Remember that most people use our products on a daily/weekly basis, so you will most likely get repeat orders after your party, and these too will applied to your fund raising page.

*Sell our products to your friends, family and co-workers.
 Many people have bought our Olive Oil and have taken it to the work place and set it out in the break room/ lunch room for people to see and purchase.  In addition many have had their friends take it to their work as well.    
 *Advertise on your FB page, or web-sites, and have your friends do the same for you as well. Be creative! 
*Have them go to our secure web site and purchase it there.  They must include your name and rider # before we will process the order.  If you take orders, you are responsible for the shipping costs and we will need full payment before we process the order and credit your fund raising page.  We are in SF often so you can save the shipping costs with free delivery! 
You have the option of our bottle  with the ALC Logo on it or our White Swan regular label.  Most people who will buy from you will want the bottle with the ALC Logo on it.

We do all the postings to your fundraising page under, "White Swan".

The following ideas are by far the most profitable for you to do: 

1.The Olive Oil Tasting Parties are always packed and enjoyed by all.  We come to your home or business, set up, and sample all of our products for your guests to taste and purchase. The more people you invite, the more that is sold, and the profits you earn towards your fundraising are well under way.
2. Purchase some of our products and take them to work to display in the break/lunch room to take orders.
3.  Advertise on your FB page. We have PDF pictures we can send you to use. Encourage your friends on FB to post your fundraising efforts to help you.
4.  Make a flyer and have friends sell for you as well.
