This Saturday at The Galley, in Chico, White Swan is doing this weeks cooking demonstration, using our products. We have invited Patrick from Palm Springs, who owns Mood Wines of Palm Springs to come up and prepare the food and to pair each dish with wine. Three samples of food with 3 different wines. It's a free demonstration and everyone is invited to attend. Starts at noon. Hope to see you all there.
