Organic Handmade Sourdough Flat Bread

Handmade Sourdough Flatbread.  Light & Flaky, made with extra virgin olive oil and grey sea salt from France. All organic ingredients. Truly brings out the flavors in our Olive Spreads, Dip Mixes, and Bistro Mustards.

Dip Mixes

Just in time for the holidays!  Our dip mixes can be mixed with Sour Cream, Yogurt, or Cream Cheese for bagels and crackers.  They make a great gift, and are used in gift baskets. Try 1 or all.  They are for all occasions. Selection of dips include;

Bistro Mustards

We've added 4 new mustards to our product line. Mustards are no longer just for sandwiches.  Mixed with olive oil they make a  wonderful salad dressing. Wonderful with pretzels, crackers, or White Swan Sour Dough Flat bread, and for cooking. Sold individually, or as a trio in our wooden crate; Mufaro's Revenge, South of the Boarder (Jalapeno & Tequila) and our award winning Sweet Garlic Mustard.  Our new mustards include;

Olives

A trio of 3-5oz. stuffed olives including; Garlic, Parmesan Romano, and Jalapeno Stuffed. A great gift for those who enjoy wine, or for those who prefer olives in their martini's, or for every day use.  Packaged in a wooden crate and shrink wrapped.

Spinach Salad with Sweet Garlic Mustard Dressing

  Spinach Salad with Sweet Garlic Mustard Dressing

1 package (9 ounces) fresh baby spinach
1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1 cup cooked bacon
1 cup walnut halves, toasted ...
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, quartered
1/2 cup cut up red onion
Salad Dressing
4 oz. White Swan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 TBS. White Swan "Sweet Garlic Mustard"
Put both ingredients in a shaker and shake well, coat baby spinach leaves and add remaining ingredients to top of salad.
*Alternative dressing:
White Swan "South of the Boarder Mustard". (Jalapeno & Tequila) mildly hot
Use same amounts as the above

White Swan Bistro Mustards

Our Bistro Mustards are not just to use on prepared foods, but also excellent to use as a dip for your favorite snacks as well. Sold individually, or in a wooden crated gift box.
*Sweet Garlic Mustard--A mild tasting mustard that offers a garlic finishing taste. We use this mustard to make our favorite salad dressing. Just add 4 oz. of Olive Oil and 3 Tablespoons of Sweet Garlic Mustard and mix well. You won't be disappointed.
*South Of The Boarder Mustard. A beautiful blend of Jalapeno's and Tequila for a mildly hot taste to any prepared food or use as a dip.
*Mufaro's Revenge Mustard. If you like "hot" tasting foods, this is definitely for you. This is great as a finishing taste to top off any meatloaf, sausage etc. Not for those with sensitive mouths.

New Stores

We have added 5 new stores in Magalia, Chico, and Durham that now carry our products.  Look for new products in  "Olive A Sudden" in Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

After months of research and sampling we have decided to go ahead to launch a new line of products that compliments our olive oils and olives. To be ready for Christmas, we are planning our gift crates with the following new products all made with White Swan Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

1. White Swan Olive Oil Lip Balm - Tea Tree - Peppermint flavor with 0.15 oz.

2. White Swan Olive Oil Soap - Sweetgrass scent, 5.5 oz. Our White Swan olive oil makes a luxurious and creamy soap that is naturally packed with antioxidants and moisturizers. Each bar is hand made and hand cut.

3.White Swan Sweetgrass Olive Oil Body Butter

Annual Olive Festival

What an exciting day for White Swan. We did a booth at the Annual Olive Festival, packed up 80 cases of product and by 3PM we were totally sold out of all of our olive oils, olive spreads and olives. Our Parmesan-Asiago spread, as usual, sold out right away. In addition we introduced our new Parmesian Dipping Sauce and it too sold out along with our Dirty Martini Mix. It was a great day!  Of course we took along our mascot, Mufaro.

Cooking Demonstration

Tomorrow,  White Swan will be doing a cooking demonstration at The Galley in Chico , beginning at 12PM, along with sampling of many of our products. We are bringing Father's Day Gifts, so come early to make sure you get a seat, and a gift for Dad.

White Swan has added  two new olives to our line of whole, pitted, and stuffed olives.  Olivesecca  Dry Pitted Olives and Whole Olives, California Lucques.

The pine box with plexiglass lid is the perfect gift for any special occasion. Gift box contains 3-5 oz.jars of olives. Choose from, (Jalapeno Stuffed, Blue Cheese Stuffed, Parmesan Romano Stuffed, or Garlic Stuffed.  Our olive spreads (Red Bell Pepper Olive , Parmesan Asiago, and Old Farmhouse) fit in perfectly as well..
